Menu Consultation- We’re happy to recommend and create custom specialty cocktails tailored to your taste preferences. We can also assist in selecting beer and wine for our bartenders to serve. A detailed shopping list of all required alcohol will be provided for your review and approval. Unlimited calls and emails are available while planning your event.
Professional Bartenders- We staff appropriately, providing one bartender for every 50 guests. All of our bartenders are fully trained, professional and abide by all Hawaiʻi liquor laws.
Mixers & Garnishes- We provide all mixers and garnishes for your two specialty cocktails. In addition, three basic mixers or soft drink of your choice will be included (club soda, tonic, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi or Sprite).
Alcohol Concierge- We can pick up the alcohol from you and deliver it to the event or we can shop for the alcohol on your behalf and deliver it to the event (full reimbursement for any items purchased is required).
Custom Bar Front- We offer a beautiful 12-foot custom rattan-style bar front for our bartenders to serve from. An appropriate number of bar-back tables will also be provided.
Essential Bar Tools- We provide all professional, aesthetically curated cocktail-making tools, along with garnish bowls, straws, napkins, cocktail garnish picks and biodegradable cups (if glassware is not outsourced).
Bar Ice & Coolers- We provide the appropriate amount of ice and coolers to keep your cocktails, beer and wine perfectly chilled.
Self-Serve Hydration- Two water dispensers will be provided—one for plain water and one for spa water with your choice of fruit or herbs. These will be available beside the bar from guest arrival through last call.
Display Bar Menu- We will create a simple, modern bar menu to be displayed at the bar for your guests.
Clean Up- We will ensure our service area is left as clean as when we arrived with all bar trash removed. Extra fees may apply if there is no dumpster on site.
