Step One: Start with a Bartender

The first step in planning a successful event is determining how many bartenders you’ll need. Every event is unique, and we’re here to guide you through the process. As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 40 guests, though this can vary depending on your drink menu and service style.

When you book a bartender with us, you’re getting more than just great service—we include:

• Menu consultation

• Detailed shopping list

• Professional cocktail tools

The type of event you have will help determine the cost of the bartender(s).

Step Two: Consider Additional Services

Next, let’s decide if you’d like to add any extra services to enhance your event. We’re happy to help! Our available add-ons include:

• Shopping concierge (we assist with your shopping list)

Step Five: GET EXCITED

You’ve received your quote and decided to book with Five O’Clock Bartenders! We’re now moving forward with curating your event menu and handling all the details to ensure a seamless and successful celebration.

To finalize your booking, a deposit is required. We’ll also provide our party policy for your review, so you know exactly what to expect leading up to your event.
